🎉 Class of 2025 Senior Parade – A New Tradition Begins! 🎓
On Thursday, May 8, the Rocky Ford Class of 2025 took part in the special senior parade—but this year marked a meaningful first!
For the first time, our graduating seniors walked from Preschool through High School, celebrating their journey with all students PK–12 on one campus. The halls were filled with cheers, high-fives, and heartfelt congratulations as younger students and staff honored the Class of 2025.
This new tradition beautifully highlights the full circle of a student’s journey in Rocky Ford Schools—from their very first steps into education to the moment they step into their future.

Class of 2025 Senior Signs with Kansas Wesleyan University
We’re proud to celebrate Isaiah Vazquez Gallegos, a member of the Class of 2025, who officially signed with Kansas Wesleyan University on Friday, May 9 to play football this upcoming fall!
Isaiah's hard work and talent have led him to this new chapter. We look forward to watching him shine at the next level!
Junior High Cross Country Interest Meeting – May 14
We are excited to announce an interest meeting for Junior High Cross Country on Tuesday, May 14 at 6:30 PM in the Upper Cafeteria. This meeting is for students currently in grades 5, 6, and 7 who are interested in joining the cross country team next school year.
We ask that a parent attend with their student to learn more about the upcoming season, training expectations, and how to get involved. We look forward to seeing you there!

🎶🏅 RFJSHS Band Shines at the Blossom Festival! 🏅🎶
We’re proud to share that the RFJSHS Band had a fantastic showing at this year’s Blossom Festival in Cañon City, CO!
🥉 Bronze – Jazz Band

🥈 Silver – Parade (Marching Band)
Our Concert Band earned straight 2s from all judges, and our Marching Band achieved its highest score ever in the Blossom Parade!
A huge congratulations to all our Meloneer musicians. We are so proud of your talent and hard work!

Due to rainy weather, the Junior High Baseball games at Walsh and the High School Baseball game at Calhan have been canceled. Unfortunately, these games will not be rescheduled.
