We are incredibly proud to celebrate our Ag Teacher and FFA Sponsor, Teresa Walz, who was honored at this year’s 89th Kids Rodeo in La Junta. The event was dedicated to Teresa in recognition of her many years of dedication and service to the rodeo.
Teresa’s connection to the Kids Rodeo goes way back—she was a participant herself growing up! Over the years, she has supported the event in countless ways, from providing livestock and holding goats to running gates, announcing, and helping organize and run the rodeo.
Her passion for agriculture, youth, and our community is truly inspiring. ❤️💛

If your child requires **medication during the school day**, please make sure their medication and the required doctor’s paperwork are turned in to the school nurse THIS WEEK.
This includes medications such as:
* Inhalers
* EpiPens
* ADHD medications
* Seizure medications
* Any other prescription or over-the-counter medication needed at school
Having medications and paperwork on file helps us ensure your child receives the care they need without unnecessary delays
